Located on the ground floor, it provides direct access from the private terrace to the communal swimming pool, creating a relaxed and practical holiday setup. The property features two comfortable bedrooms, a master bedroom in suite and second one with a separated bathroom. A fully equipped open kitchen, a bright living and dining area, with a confortable sofa bed. Designed for both short and mid-term stays, it offers everything needed for a comfortable Marbella experience. The large private terrace is one of the highlights of the apartment, allowing easy indoor-outdoor living and direct access to the pool area, perfect for enjoying Marbella’s sunny climate year-round.

Parque Marbella is ideally located in central Marbella, just a short walk from Avenida del Mar, the beach promenade, and Marbella’s Old Town. This makes it one of the most convenient locations in the city, combining residential peace with immediate access to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and cultural spots. The famous Puerto Banús marina is only a short drive away, offering luxury shopping, dining, and nightlife. The area is also close to Parque de la Constitución and several beach clubs along the coastline.

Everything is easily accessible on foot, by taxi, or via ride-hailing services such as Uber and Bolt. Marbella Old Town and the beach are within walking distance, making a car optional for most stays. Málaga Airport is approximately 35–40 minutes away by car, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay! The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
