The building is fenced and secure, with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Malibu residents have access to two swimming pools with sun loungers, including a separate shallow children’s pool, as well as private parking. Beds configuration:

This modern, fully furnished apartment is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and offers access to the vibrant atmosphere of the resort. The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay! Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.
